Gathas are short verses that are recited during the day before various activities to remind us to be present. For many of us, our sense of time has become a little fuzzy with our changed circumstances during the pandemic. The practice of reciting gathas can serve to offer us clear transitions between activities and support us in our intention to be present. This week, Shintai offers an introduction to the practice of reciting gathas and we will spend some time creating our own. Please join us!
