For some of us, anger is among our primary koans, providing seemingly endless opportunity for practice. The precepts include the admonition, "Do not indulge anger." The venerated teacher and scholar Shantideva describes anger as a uniquely powerful poison. And yet, anger is an entirely normal and predictable part of the human experience. We will explore dancing with our anger as Buddhist practitioners.
