Metta Monday: Every Monday from 6 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.

Shintai hosts online meditation (zazen) and guided loving-kindness (metta) practice every Monday evening. Metta practice is the practice of opening the heart by offering a sincere wish for the health, safety, and happiness for ourselves and all beings.  Whether you are familiar with this practice or it is new to you, please feel free to come for part or all of our Metta Monday.

The zoom room opens at 6:00 p.m. for a social time.  Feel free to come by to say hello and connect with other sangha members.  Metta practice begins at 6:30p.m., followed by a short chanting service and a gratitude practice at 7 p.m.

If it’s your first time, email Teiko for the Zoom info.
