Metta Monday

Shintai hosts online meditation (zazen) and guided loving-kindness (metta) practice every Monday evening. Metta practice is the practice of opening the heart by offering a sincere wish for the health, safety and happiness of ourselves and all beings.   

Whether you are familiar with this practice or it is new to you, please feel free to come for part or all of our Metta Monday, on Zoom at 6:30 pm Mondays.
