Join us in reading, "The Heart of the Buddha's Teaching" by Thich Nhat Hanh. This book offers a wonderfully clear description of the foundational teachings of Buddhism. Thich Nhat Hanh is known for writing many, many books on Buddhism that help make the teachings clear and applicable to our every day lives. This books also offers a thorough introduction to many foundational teachings that help open the door to understanding other teachings and sutras. You don’t need a copy of the book—we will share it online during our zoom meeting
