Regular Wednesday Schedule

Wy'East Zen Center meets every Wednesday evening. If you are coming for the first time, you are welcome to arrive between 6:00 and 6:15 if you would like a brief orientation.

6:00 pm Doors open. You are welcome to come, ask questions and look around.  Brief orientation and introduction to meditation available 6:00-6:20.

6:30-6:40 pm Chanting service

6:40-7:00 pm Sitting meditation (Zazen)

7:00-7:10 pm Walking meditation (Kinhin)

7:10-7:20 pm Sitting meditation (Zazen)

7:20-8:15 pm Dharma Talk/Discussion
